Home Deliveries – 14 Day Returns
If you change your mind about any non-perishable items in your order you have 14 days from the day that you, or a third party on your behalf, receive your order to notify us of a return and a further 14 days to return the item to us. In the unfortunate case of items arriving broken or damaged please inform us within 24h of receipt. Email us at: deliveries@earthfare.co.uk with a photo of the packaging and we will get it replaced for you. Any incorrect items sent by us will be replaced by the next working day once a photo has been received.
You are responsible for the cost of your return unless an item is faulty or our error.
Returns can be mailed to: Earthfare, 45 High Street, Glastonbury, Somerset, BA6 9DS Please include your name, order number and reason for return inside the return parcel. Prior to mailing your return you must inform us by emailing deliveries@earthfare.co.uk.
Once your items arrive in-store a refund will be processed via your original payment method, please allow 5-7 days for this to be processed. Please note items are returned at your own risk and cost unless faulty or due to our error. We highly recommend sending return parcels via a tracked delivery method with proof of postage. We are unable to refund or replace items that fail to arrive with us. Returns must be packaged in a way that ensures they are not damaged, items damaged due to poor packaging are your own expense.
Click and Collect Orders
At collection we will check your order, together with you, to make sure it’s all up to scratch. Any exchanges you’d like on fresh produce need to be communicated within 24 hours of collection by telephone or email us at: deliveries@earthfare.co.uk. Exchanges after 24 hours are at the managers discretion so please speak to one of our in-store team.
Eligible items must be returned in a saleable condition, unused, with it’s original packaging and security tags etc. You are responsible for the cost of your return/exchange.
Exceptions
Some items aren’t eligible for a return and refund for example:
- Perishable items such as flowers or food
- Any personalised or custom-made items
- Hygiene items where the seal is broken
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
