Viridian Organic Pregnancy Omega Oil is a specially formulated combination of plant-based oils providing an effective balance of omega-3,6 and 9.
The oil is suitable to take in trimesters 1,2 and 3 as well as after birth when breastfeeding. In addition, the oil includes vegan DHA, which contributes to normal foetal and newborn brain and eye development.
