Pukka's most robustly warming blend — 31% turmeric root, 26% ginger root and 14% galangal root form a triple-root base of anti-inflammatory and circulatory botanicals. Nettle leaf adds mineral content; orange essential oil provides a bright citrus note that cuts through the earthy root character; burdock root adds a slight bitter earthiness.
Turmeric provides curcumin; ginger provides gingerols and shogaols; galangal (a relative of ginger with a more complex, eucalyptus-like note) adds its own anti-inflammatory compounds. Together, this is one of the most functionally potent herbal tea blends available — not a gentle wellness tea but a genuinely active botanical combination.

How to brew: One bag in freshly boiled water, steep for 10–15 minutes for maximum curcumin extraction. The addition of a pinch of black pepper (piperine) significantly enhances curcumin bioavailability if added to the cup.
