A warming, digestive blend dominated by aniseed (42.5%), sweet fennel (22.5%) and cardamom (15%) — three of the most traditional digestive herbs in the world, combined with licorice root, coriander and turmeric for additional digestive and warming support.
The aniseed and fennel combination is classically used after meals — both contain anethole, an aromatic compound traditionally associated with soothing the digestive system, reducing bloating and easing discomfort. Cardamom adds a spiced, almost coffee-like warmth; turmeric contributes its anti-inflammatory character.

How to brew: One bag in freshly boiled water, steep for 5–10 minutes. Best drunk after meals as a digestive.
