Each capsule guarantees 2.5 billion live cultures.

For Women can be given to adults and children, from 4 years onwards, with the following recommendations:

– For best results take 1 capsule daily, preferably with breakfast

– May be increased to 2 capsules per day if desired or professionally directed.
