Pure almonds, silky smooth. Meridian's smooth almond butter is made from 100% whole almonds, roasted in their natural skins and ground down to a creamy, spreadable finish. Rich in vitamin E and fibre, with around 25g of protein per 100g, and nothing added — no sugar, no palm oil, no fillers.

Delicious on crumpets, crackers, or toast; stirs beautifully into porridge or shakes; bakes into cakes and flapjacks without a fuss. The natural oils may separate slightly — just give it a stir. That's what real nut butter looks like. Vegan, dairy free, and made by a producer who's been doing this honestly since 1970.
