This Advanced Multi stands out amongst multivitamin and mineral supplements both for the broad spectrum of nutrients it provides and the highly absorbable forms in which they are delivered. When it comes to vitamins and minerals not all forms are equal – some are much better absorbed and used by the body and we want to make sure you get the best. In this multi there is natural vitamin E, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, vitamin B6 as the active co-enzyme form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate, folic acid as methyltetrafolate and with well absorbed calcium from lithothamnion calcarea – a fossilised seaweed. The formula has been improved and now includes a vegan source of the active D3 form of Vitamin D and increased iodine. For better balance vitamin A has been reduced and added beta carotene – an alternative way to get Vitamin A and safe for pregnant women. With particularly good levels of iron, calcium, magnesium and B vitamins to support energy and the nervous system, this is a superior multi free from artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives, dairy products, gluten, lactose, soya and wheat.
