Bragg is the name that launched the apple cider vinegar category. Made in California since 1912, their organic ACV is raw and unfiltered — meaning the natural 'mother' of the vinegar (strands of protein, enzymes and beneficial bacteria) remains intact, giving the liquid its characteristic cloudy appearance and full functional profile.
The 'mother' is what distinguishes a genuinely functional apple cider vinegar from the clear, filtered kind. The cloudy strings contain naturally occurring enzymes and trace amounts of beneficial bacteria that are filtered out in conventional ACV.
Bragg ACV is commonly taken diluted in water as a morning tonic, used in salad dressings, or added to warm water with honey as a traditional wellness drink. It's also popular as a gut health aid and as a natural food preservative.

How to use: Dilute 1–2 tablespoons in a glass of water (do not take undiluted — the acidity can damage tooth enamel). Also excellent in salad dressings, marinades and shrubs.
