Description
Vitamin C Complex combines two separate mineral sources of Vitamin C (Potassium Ascorbate and Magnesium Ascorbate) with the powdered extracts of three different fruits - Pomegranate, Plum and Blueberry. Using potassium & Magnesium Ascorbate as the sources of Vitamin C rather than the more commonly used Ascorbic Acid.
Ingredients: Potassium ascorbate, Magnesium ascorbate, Potato Malto-dextrin, Pomegranate Extract (Punica Granatum fruit), Plum Extract (Prunus Sp. fruit), Blueberry Powder (Vaccinum Sp. fruit), Silicon dioxide, Magnesium Stearate.
Capsule shell: Crosslinked cellulose gum
Adults to take 2 capsules daily. Children from 2 years old may take 1 capsule a day. Simply open capsule and sprinkle contents into food.
Flavonoid supplementation is not recommended during pregnancy, so this product should not be taken during pregnancy or if pregnancy planned
