Description
Invigorating, energising, strengthening. A digestive aid, ease aches and pain, tones skin. The aroma is lemony, uplifting, with hay-like undertones, can be described as having an aroma similar to fresh lemon sherbets.
Lemongrass essential oil invigorates, energises and refreshes the body and mind. It soothes tired muscles and joints and is commonly used in sport massage oils after exercise. In skincare, lemongrass essential oil promotes healthy, youthful looking skin and is especially useful in face toners- try adding a few drops to your flower water, and shake vigorously before use. It is useful for diffusing outside to keep bugs away. It is an astringent, deodorising, antibacterial and antiseptic.
100% pure lemongrass essential oil – nothing else is added.
Blend 5-10 drops and add to a bath.
Mix 5-10 drops with water to use in an oil burner.
Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation.
Patch test before use on the skin.
