Ingredients:

- 250g plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp. cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp. instant coffee granules
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup plus extra to drizzle
- Banana
- Walnuts halves
- Blueberries
- Granola
- Cacao nibs
Recipe:
Step 1
Spread your walnut halves out on a baking tray and drizzle with maple syrup. Giving them a mix around to make sure they’re all coated and roast them for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. This step is optional but it really takes your breakfast to another level! If you’re light on time then you can do this in advance and, once cooled, store in an airtight container.
Step 2
Make our mocha yoghurt by mixing 250g plain yogurt (we used Nush almond yoghurt) with 1 tbsp. cacao powder, 1/2 tsp. instant coffee granules and 2 tbsp. maple syrup.
Now all that’s left is to top it with healthy extras and this is where you can really customise it to your needs. We added slices of banana, a few blueberries, our roasted walnut halves, a handful of crunchy granola and finished it off with a sprinkle of cacao nibs – yummy!

Add or swap…
If you’re focused on improving immune health why not add citrus fruit and Brazil nuts or almond flakes.
For mental health support you could add our Ashwagandha powder to the yoghurt mix.
